Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty on all Pitufino devices from the date of purchase. Should any defects occur in the device during this period, we will, depending on the nature of the problem, provide:free repair or
free replacement (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).
Warranty claims are excluded for damage caused by:
improper installation or operation,
failure to observe safety precautions,
attempts to repair on your own,
damage caused by water ingress,
force majeure (e.g., lightning strike).
